Thu, October 26, 2006 - 5:01 PMTry Spelt or Kamut bread instead of standard wheat varieties. Spelt and Kamut are much easier on the digestive system, and generally healthier. You can probably find out more if you search google for info.
Quinoa is amazing!!! Definetly try out quinoa sometime....It's like a short grain rice kind of, but different. www.quinoa.net/
Have you tried rice or almond as opposed to soy milk?
Red cabbage? loads of garlic? fresh ginger? Ume Plum Vinger, Kombucha Tea, Swiss chard, and avacados?
