My First Grocery List (feel free to add to it)

Groceries

1. Vitamins, minerals, supplements, sea weed, Chloryphyl tablets and Spirulina, Tulsi Tea & Yogi Tea Calming tea

2. Drinks: Peppermint and Green Tea (100 pack), Soy Milk. Pomegranate juice.

3. Fruits (blender time): bananas, blueberries, strawberries, kiwis, grapes, apples, oranges, lemons, mangoes, apricots, black berries.

4. Vegetables: carrots, corn (and dry kernels), red bell peppers, asparagus, tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber. lettuce, spinach.

5. Beans and Peas: pinto, kidney, soy, lima, lintels, black, green, chick peas,

6. Grain, Rice, Bread and such: oat flakes, brown rice, arborio rice. whole wheat bread, whole grain bread, cereal, Tempeh, vegiburgers.

7. Fats: olive oil, cheese (good protein). Peanut butter.

8. Nuts and Seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, walnuts, cashews.

    Try Spelt or Kamut bread instead of standard wheat varieties. Spelt and Kamut are much easier on the digestive system, and generally healthier. You can probably find out more if you search google for info.

    Quinoa is amazing!!! Definetly try out quinoa sometime....It's like a short grain rice kind of, but different. www.quinoa.net/

    Have you tried rice or almond as opposed to soy milk?

    Red cabbage? loads of garlic? fresh ginger? Ume Plum Vinger, Kombucha Tea, Swiss chard, and avacados?

    Woooo I love some good food!
